Danni was elected by her peers as the new female Presiding Member of the State Voice at its November meeting. Danni now joins Leeroy Bilney in guiding the State Voice's efforts to ensure it aligns to First Nation's community priorities.

Danni is an Eastern Arrernte, Guringdji, Kaurna, Narungga Nukunu and Ngarrindjeri woman and also represents her community as a Presiding Member of the Murraylands, Riverland and South East Region Local Voice.
